Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card?
No. You pay the driver in cash, M-Pesa or e-Mola at the end of the trip or delivery.
Can the price change during the trip?
No. It is fixed when you accept the driver's offer. If the driver asks for another amount, report it in the app.
How do I create an account?
With your phone number: you get a code on WhatsApp and sign in without a password. You can also use email or your Google account. One account per person.
Does it work where there are no addresses?
Yes. Drag the pin on the map to the exact spot and write a landmark. The driver sees that point.
How does a delivery work?
Say where to pick up and where to deliver; the recipient is optional. The app creates a code the recipient tells the driver, to confirm it reached the right person.
Do you have an iPhone app?
Not yet. For now the app is for Android.
