Each service has a minimum price with the first kilometres included. After that, distance and time count. The final price always shows in the app before you confirm.

At peak hours, at night or with high demand there may be a multiplier, shown before you confirm. The price is fixed when you book.
Fixed price once accepted
When you accept the driver's offer the price is locked. It does not change with traffic or the route.
Propose your own price
With − and + you can propose a price from the fair minimum. Drivers reply with their offers.
Rush hour and night
At rush hour (6:30–8:30 and 16:30–19:00) and at night (22:00–5:00) a multiplier may apply, shown before you book.
Cancelling
Free while we look for a driver and for 3 minutes after acceptance. After that a small fee goes to the driver.
How you pay
Cash, M-Pesa or e-Mola, directly to the driver at the end. YouGo never asks for your PIN.
Drivers
YouGo's commission is 12% to 18% per trip, depending on the service. Founder Drivers pay 20% less.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the app price different from the table?
The table shows minimums. The app uses the real distance, estimated time and the current multiplier, and shows the price before you book.
Is there a service fee?
Yes, a small fixed fee per trip (5 to 10 MZN, by service), already included in the price you see.
Is the table the same in every city?
Prices are set per city. Today they apply to Maputo and Matola.
